The lighthouse is a symbol of hope. It acts as a beacon to those who are seeking shelter, or a destination trying to be reached. My intention was to create an image that was inviting and memorable.
I intended for this logo to stand out on its own even when it’s placed next to the Freedom’s Ark logo. Therefore, I opted for warm, earthy colours; brown, red, and gold. I felt that this would compliment the coffee theme.
The logo design was applied to a selection of merchandise that will be used by guests. These included coffee mugs and disposable cups.
